New Delhi: Shocking news has come out that about 40,000 trademark registry files have gone missing from the DIPP - Department of industrial policy and promotion. The court has ordered to take the necessary actions for finding out the missing trademark registry files. According to the reports, over 44,000 files are missing. The court has involved to this during the hearing of a petition on file missing case against the government. The petition was given by a private company.
