Trademark Infringement Case from Red Bull

Red Bull, one of the leading Austrian energy drinks, has won their trademark infringement case against a local importer of a drink product named Bullfighter. Red Bulls is a UAE registered trademark. They have also registered and received rights to their logo, name, and design. Here the court has found that a second company is misusing a registered trademark of Red Bull. They are trying to make customers believe that their product is a branch of the Red Bull brand. This is a recent case that shows the importance of trademark registration.
