The Trademark Issue, Daawat Brand Loosing Their Brand Logo

Daawat rice brand is losing its brand logo in a Delhi court order on a petition filed by another brand Amira foods. The court was told that the logo was held by Amira foods by the trademark registration. Another case was filed by Amira foods to claim Rs ten missing from LT foods, the owners of the Daawat brand, for misusing their registered trademark. Afterward, they withdrew the case and settled it all outside the court. LT Food has been told that everything is ok and will launch the new logo within the court allotted time of 60 days. This is the latest trademark registration issue in the country.
