ShareA company called Rosetta Stone filed a suit against the search engine giant Google but it was dismissed by the lower court. Now the court has again taken up the case against Google's trademark infringement. Rosetta claims that Google allows other companies to use the words Rosetta Stone. It also claims that some of the advertisers sold duplicate products too. The claims were filed after Google changed its policy in 2009 to allow the limited use of trademarks in ads. If your trademarks are protected, you will have a safe business. Register your trademark in Chennai.
