Apple Inc has filed an opposition for a logo that is shaped like an apple covering "purified drinking water; bottled water" under class 32. They have said that the applicants' mark can cause harm if it is registered where it might confuse, mistake or deceive consumers. There is a high possibility of brand dilution as well.
Apple argues that their famous Apple Marks might be diluted by lessening the customer's capability to identify goods and services of apple and also blur the famous Apple Marks by dilution of the brand.
