BYTEDANCE LTD filed the trademark application for TikTok App with the title TickTock in the trademark registry. BYTEDANCE LTD has been in talks with the government.TikTok app may make a comeback in India soon as Tick Tock. TikTok had around 20 crores users in the country. 59 Chinese apps were banned by the Indian government. After the ban, the TikTok app was pulled from app stores and became inaccessible on Indian networks.
