Dangerous toys in the wall

We have seen toys in the form of guns which are used by children to play.

What if there is a real gun in the form of toys? Implementation of such items is dangerous.
But that is what happened in the US. A company (Culper Precision)that sells guns offers gun cover in Lego's toy named Block 19.

This could mislead consumers where it is hard to distinguish the real gun from a toy.

Culper Precision didn't infringe any trademark which belongs to Lego, they used the style of the toys sold by Lego.
The Lego company didn't yet file any lawsuit, but a danish company sent a cease and desist letter asking them to

stop the production of such misleading dangerous items immediately.
Culper Precision agreed to stop the production of such covers. They sold 20 items of it already before stopping.
